Returns
We gladly accept returns of unused, unworn items in original packaging within 14 days of delivery.
To start a return, email us at aberdoggo@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Return shipping is at the buyer’s expense unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
Need a different size or colour? No problem. Just reach out within 14 days, and we’ll do our best to exchange it (based on availability).
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item is damaged or not what you ordered, send us a photo and your order number within 7 days of receiving it. We’ll replace it or issue a full refund—including shipping.
